Packaging Requirements
1. Basic Protection
The surface of the lamp post should be treated for rust prevention (such as applying anti-rust paint or wrapping anti-rust film) to avoid rusting during transportation due to moisture.
For lamp posts with lamps and accessories, the accessories should be packaged separately (using foam, cardboard boxes or wooden crates) and fixed near the lamp post to prevent loss.
2. Reinforced Packaging
Small lamp posts can be packaged on pallets: The lamp post should be fixed parallel on a wooden pallet, bound with steel straps or high-strength packing straps, and anti-slip pads should be added at the bottom to prevent sliding.
Large/extra-long lamp posts: Usually shipped in the nude or in frame wooden crates (only the ends are reinforced), and cushioning materials (such as rubber pads) should be added at the contact points to prevent deformation due to collision during transportation.
3. Labeling Standards
On the prominent position of the outer packaging, mark the "center of gravity", "this side up", "do not invert", "keep dry" and other symbols and text, and clearly label the order number, shipping mark, destination port, weight, and dimensions, etc., to facilitate customs inspection and unloading at the destination.
